We are looking for your skills as a Marketing Business Analyst!
You would be responsible for managing the marketing budget, forecasting expenses, and working with various departments, including Accounting. This role also involves assisting the Vice Presidents and Director of Marketing.
Your duties would be:
1. Budget and Forecast Management
2. Operational Oversight
3. Expense Tracking
4. Invoice Management
5. Data Analysis
6. Contract Tracking
7. Performance Metrics
8. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Accounting, Sales, Integration, among others.
Requirements:
* Experience in budget management, expense tracking and invoice management.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
* Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
